Sabah Builders Association (SBA) was established in 1959. Currently having more than 200 members, which consists of Contractors, Developers, System providers (Suppliers and manufacturers), and Other construction industry players.

Products that will be showcased in this Sabah Construction Fair 2017 includes Renewable Energy, Waste Management Products and Solutions, Water Management and Efficientcy, Finishing Products & Materials, Roofing Systems, Green & ECO Products, Lightings, IBS (Industrialized Building Systems), and many more.

  1. Confirmation of BOOTH NO. is only binding upon full payment not later than stipulated dates mentioned.
  2. No stand or exhibits shall be dismantled before the official closing time of the Exhibition on the last day of Exhibition i.e. before 7.00 pm on 26th February 2017 otherwise a penalty of RM200.00 will be charged.
  3. Sabah Builders Association shall reserve the right to reallocate the booth(s) or raw space allocated to the Exhibitor at any time prior to the commencement of the built-up of the Exhibition should there be exceptional circumstances. And, to alter the size and dimension of the site to transfer or close entrance and exits to the Exhibition Areas and to undertake other structural alterations or the space allocated has been cancelled. Such allocation shall be at the absolute discretion of SBA and the Exhibitor shall have no claim for compensation as a result of the reallocation or cancellation. Exhibitors shall adhere to the rules and instructions stipulated in the Exhibitors’ Manual.
  4. All payments must be made in cheque payable to SABAH BUILDERS ASSOCIATION.
  5. SBA reserves the right to sell off any confirmed booth(s) if full payment of the booth rental fees in NOT received by SBA upon the final CLOSING DATE not later than 24/1/2017 or FOURTEEN (14) DAYS UPON REGISTRATION FORM received, whichever date earlier shall be deemed applicable.
  6. You have deemed agreed to rent the booth(s) and shall make full payment of the booth rental fees 2 WEEKS BEFORE not later than 24/2/2017.
  7. There shall be no refund given upon cancellation made but substitution is accepted upon prior notice given to SBA not later than 10/2/2017, otherwise all payments charged shall be forfeited forthwith.

Booth Types

There are 5 booth types (Type A, B, C, CC and open booths) with various dimensions (please read booth type information ).

Booth Rental

Booth rental ranges from RM 4,000 to RM 15,000 depending on dimension and location of booth (please refer to booth rental document for information).
